Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at info@lehmannitalia.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email). After receiving your request, we will provide further instructions regarding the return procedure. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order confirmation, is also required.

Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sealed items not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and discounted items (sale products)

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item already received. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
